This lecture offers a practitioner’s viewpoint for those learning about applying the BPM lifecycle. It explains how balancing process management, methods and technology is essential for effective and continuous process improvement, especially when using process engines.
Process orchestration and automation tools like Camunda can be used to automate process and decision models in BPMN and DMN. With the focus on those processes that need performance improvements and the techniques to tackle them, we’re equipped to automate our business. The demonstration shows how to build, improve and connect a process definition and its decisions with Camunda 8.
There is plenty of work left to do for both technology and business engineers!
